For 'Change of Mind' purchases, goods can only be accepted for refund or exchange in unmarked, original condition and packaging, complete with all instruction books, accessories, etc. All returns must be accompanied by your Sales Docket.

Note: Refunds on 'Change of Mind' purchases do not apply to batteries, consumable media, computer software, contracted mobile phones, or pre-paid phone or internet services.

For change of mind purchases made through our Web, Internet & Direct Sales division you have two options. You can return the item to any one of our three Leading Edge Telecoms stores on the Central Coast of NSW. Along with the item you must present the invoice that came with your order. If you did not receive an invoice with your order please call our Web Sales department on 02 4332 9900 and request the invoice to be emailed to you.

Alternatively you can return the item to us via the post. To do this you must first be issued with a Return Authority Number (also referred to as an RA Number). To be issued a RA Number contact our Service & Support department on 02 4332 9900. You must have the invoice that came with your order. When we receive the items we will then refund you the amount that you paid. Sorry we do not refund freight.
